  • Can I search for files other people uploaded?

    No, because not everyone wishes to share the files they upload with everyone else. This way HOUSEBOX can be used to share files with anyone you choose to, as well as keep it for yourself as a backup or to download from anywhere in the world.

  • Which files types am I allowed to upload?

    All kinds of your personal stuff: from your party photos to an important document,all of them created personally by you - the user. The only restrictions are for copyrighted material. Please refer to our TOS for more info on HOUSEBOX terms of service and prohibition of usage of copyrighted materials.

  • How to delete a file I uploaded?

    Simply use the HOUSEBOX Dashboard to perform any action you need with your personal files,such as create a new folder,move your files to certain folders, delete files and much more.

  • Can I upload music or videos?

    Yes. Music and video hosting is permitted as long as you own the copyright on the content and it adheres to the terms and conditions.

  • There are some files on our servers which may have been subject to copyright protection, how can I notify you of them?

    Via our report abuse pages.
